Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities The position is based in Noida/ Gurgaon and has full ownership for assigned accounts from delivery excellence, customer delight, revenue mining. Work towards achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term goals in line with company vision and values.
The individual will have full accountability for identified key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of software services for specified key accounts.
- Demonstrates technical skills and product knowledge to create customer delight.
- Develops annual business plan for mining, growth, team mentoring, and execution excellence in conjunction with company goals.
- Responsible for building, and mentoring team members.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of mining key accounts, resulting in taking market share from other competitors.
- Consultative Client engagement, and make recommendations to clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Map client organization, and develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Develop and maintain a high level of communication with client and all team members.
- Minimum of 12+ years working within hands-on development roles
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing large teams of people
- Extensive experience working on banking or financial solutions
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software products according to provided design specifications
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and gaining acceptance of others in sensitive situations
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership skills to lead a geographically dispersed team across the globe.
- Prior international experience working on banking or financial solutions
- Strong technical and communication skills, including strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the group knowledge of and concern for user business needs
- Hands on knowledge of systems implementation and their associated products, as well as general computer literacy is required, as is significant systems development and integration experience.
- Must possess a general technical awareness--should be able to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business; should be experienced in the strategic use of technology in managing a growing business.
- Should have experience in managing development and production support projects.
