Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Determine long- and short-term sales goals
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Reports on regional sales results
- Prepare and present services/ideas to clients
- Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with prospects/new clients
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
- Oversee sales and special promotions
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
- Provide support to team members
- Provide training to new salespeople
- Suggest new innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Qualifications for Sales Representative:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Understanding of store operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
