Role & Responsibilities
- Generate, develop and close sales opportunities of Arttha product to B2B customers in financial and telecom sector.

- Help assist and lead the marketing efforts - B2B marketing, webinars, tradeshow participation and lead generation.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7 - 10 years of experience in software industry
- Proven Experience in FinTech
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or technology (MBA with engineering background will be preferred)
- Must have worked as product lead for at least 3 years.
- Should have worked on development and implementation of Payment systems i.e. Mobile Banking, Wallets, Internet Banking, Bill Payments, Top-up systems etc.
- Should have experience in identifying the requirements of stakeholders and writing BRDs, responses to RFP and product manuals.
- Should have a good understanding of payments processes like reconciliation, settlement and dispute resolution.
- Should be well versed with the multiple aspects of integration with CBS, Telecom systems, Billing Systems, etc.
- Should have excellent analytical skills to interpret the issues in business processes and generate new ideas for product enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
- Candidate should have minimum 5 years of B2B experience in software product sales.
- Background in selling banking and financial based products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
- Must be Proactive, self-motivated and Results-driven.
