Position Summary
The position is responsible for leading the marketing and branding activities of the company through a data driven approach. The position requires coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, dynamic decision making and positive outlook to contribute to the company's business growth requirements. Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Understand the Company profile deeply in short period through interactions and coordinations with different departments and study & analysis of all necessary available resources for comprehensive marketing strategy preparation and implementation
- Brand Management of the given product category
- Working with Key stakeholders to drive the execution of Marketing Plans
- Responsible for managing Marketing Budgets - Driving marketing hygiene around tracking, reporting and control of marketing spend
- Actively working on ATL marketing campaigns and tracking outcomes.
- Responsible for Designing & Execution Brand collaterals
- Responsible for Conceptualization & Execution of Campaigns - Work with creative and digital agency partners to drive effective and cost-optimized marketing communication.
- Drive thought leadership and execution rigor to drive output with maximum agility
- Monitor market trends, research consumer insights and competitors' activities
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing penetration initiatives, and assess ROI and KPIs
- End-to-end 360-degree auditing, to create annual, quarterly and monthly plans basis what's right for the brand
- Deliver best-in-class execution excellence and strategic direction to the performance marketing agency
- Drive experiments and new initiatives across brands
- Help identify and improve daily processes & systems across teams
- Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with marketing team
Key Requirements:
- You have prior experience in a similar role in brand management and marketing of a consumer brand.
- You have a good knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, and content management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with the media.
- You are adept at building relationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in matrix environments.
- Team-working skills.
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 college
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (excel, word and PowerPoint) and marketing Software tools
