Purchase Manager of IMS ( Indirect Materials & Services)  Job Opportunity with one for our client into consumer and industrial sector  Job Purpose : (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result )  - Purchasing of Indirect Materials & Services ( IMS ) specially Services, Logistics and IT.   - He or She will be responsible for all third party source to purchase.   - Responsible category of IMS can be changed as per restructure of the purchasing organization and his/her strength.   - Need to be experienced in purchasing or supply chain.   - Preference shall to be Engineer with MBA having relevant experience.   Key Dimensions :  - Study spends, identify suppliers / service providers, negotiate and contract  - Identify & Develop new vendor as per the requirement who would provide sustainable support.  - Driving cost saving projects for Indirect Spends  - Ensuring adherence to company's purchase, quality, and finance / audit policies   - Contracting with vendor for indirect materials & Services, for critical spends.   - Analyse and evaluate new product offerings to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs   - Supplier base management as per company's Global policy & consolidation  - Coordinate with all key stake holders viz Supply Chain, other user functions, plant/maintenance managers, Category team members to support timely & efficient purchasing of products/services.  - Monthly reporting to management and regional data centers.  - Support Controlling accounts payable to improve net cash working capital   Akshata Pawar Ikya
