- Ensure procurement ofImported & Domestic Raw Material, Packaging Material, as per required timelines for continuousoperations. - Developingalternate vendors for critical items as per De-Risking policy. Strategic and planning - Develop alternate vendors for critical items as a De-Risking. - Ensure availability of imported raw materials as per Import Process and Regulations. - Supporting NNP Brazil for importing Raw materials from global vendors. - Ensure cost optimization in RM procurement across sites. Core Functional - Maintain all-relevant statutory regulatory certificates and material safety data sheets from a supplier in line with international standards. - Ensure regular visits to vendor's premises to carryout vendor audit in order to improve products quality. - Optimize cost as per budgeted targets through negotiations and new sources of material suppliers. - Follows SOPs and protocols such as vendor evaluation, commercial terms etc.; floats enquiries and examines quotes for technical and commercial viability for different items to buy material at competitive price. - Explore new sources of material in international and domestic markets to generate leads towards new vendor development. KRA's - Lead time in raw material procurement. - Safety Stock Maintenance as per the business requirements. - Achieve Cost Reduction through material procurement as per business requirements. - De-risking of Raw materials - Ensure availability of material on time to maintain OTDIF. - Participate in various internal/customer audit.
