Puravankara - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Strategy - IIT/IIM

- Develop a close working relationship with the Business and understand, interpret and document business processes.

- Help develop tools and reports to evaluate products and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders within

- Work with business partners and development team to support organizational change plans and execution of business readiness

- Perform research on industry and competitive trends to support development of strategic roadmap

- Support the Strategy Manager on the strategic planning process across the business

- Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business

- Prepare market reports and real estate market overviews

- Analyze product volume, margin and competitive prices to provide guidance and pricing recommendations

- Monitor pricing execution, consolidate and create summary reports across accounts, channels, regions

- Market Research & Intelligence - Identify, synthesize and communicate key insights regarding emerging markets and trends relevant to our focal areas

- Knowledge Transfer - Partner with the investment and portfolio development teams to synthesize and communicate research findings and strategic insights to internal and external audiences through the ongoing creation and maintenance of presentations.
