Mission:
- Identify, initiate and follow up the collaboration with the Industrial & semi-industrial customers.
Key Tasks:
- Represent the Company in the market.
- Follow and fulfill the established sales objectives.
- Regular visits and contacts with the Industrial & semi-industrial customers.
- Provide information and services required in the sales process.
- Provide technical support for customers’ satisfaction in coordination with Tech services/ R & D.
- Apply the commercial strategies of the company.
- Evaluate potential customers on permanent basis.
- Give full reports concerning competitors and the latest news in the domain.
- Coordinate with all departments in HQ/Brussels new projects and follow up.
- Prepare sales reports, customers record and competitors’ files.
Competencies / Profile:
- People skills oriented.
- A good personality and attitude : open-minded, honest, precise, teamplayer.
- Coordination skills.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good capacity of analysis and synthesis.
- Background in the food Industry (Technical, food), experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy.
- Sales negotiation skills with industrial and supermarket key accounts.
- Capability to build network of relationships in the industry; ability to be perceived as the subject matter expert.
- Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes.
- Meeting techniques and management.
