Strategy: - Creating and assessing various business models - Development of strategy roadmap - Follow-up with various stakeholders & take ownership of roadmap - Process re-engineering and creation of SOPs Asset Management: - Identification &amp; prioritization of opportunities within the portfolio - Assessment of internal portfolio on a periodic basis - Assessment and apt flagging of business risks during development process &amp; timelines for project launch - Ownership of execution tracker &amp; asset management financial model, AOP Process and follow-up with various stakeholders - Financial modeling - feasibility assessment of all projects and special initiatives Business Development Support: - Support in assessment, evaluation and closing transactions across various models - Joint Development/ Joint Ventures/Outright purchase of land - Financial modeling for new opportunities Ad-hoc Decision Support: - Supporting the promoters in any ad-hoc analytical activity as per need Required Competencies - Hands on, rich experience of Financial Modeling on MS Excel and Real Estate Economics - Hands on experience of creating insightful PowerPoint decks - Knowledge of Real Estate economics, development process and standard timelines mandatory - Solution oriented thinking - thriving in unstructured scenarios - Consensus driven approach - Active listening skills
