1. Leading the fund raising initiative of the Company to ensure clear visibility of funds/credit limit

2. Representing company to Institutional Investors, PE firms, Banks, FI, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available

3. Establishes accurate forecasting processes that enable the formulation of informed strategies and direction

4. Advice to other departments within the business on financially related issues.

5. Preparation of information note such as teaser, information memorandum

6. Coordinating with internal teams to provide information required by lenders / investors

7. Carrying out due diligence process for the purpose of fundraise activity

8. Preparation of prospectus, due diligence, etc. for IPO

9. Interacting with lenders and investors for fundraise
