Punj Lloyd - Manager - Corporate Finance

- Responsible for managing relationship with multiple banks and NBFCs

- In- depth analysis of financial statements and preparing financial models & reports like CMA, FFR I&II, FACR, ACR, Monthly stock statement etc

- Handling large scale loan portfolio

- Negotiation on commercial terms of sanction

- Responsible for managing inspection visit by bankers

- Restructuring of Working Capital Loan

- Raising Term Loan from a consortium of multiple lenders.

- Preparation of Information memorandum/proposal/term sheet and appraisal/follow up with banks& query resolution

- Loan documentation & compliance with pre/post disbursement requirement for loan
