KRA :

- Review of SHAs/JVs/MOUs/NDAs/Transaction documents

- Listing compliance and the provision of companies Act 2013

- Matters related to Board meetings

- CS and compliance matters of Parent company

- Banking - Financial documentation

- Handling shareholders correspondence independently and communicating with statutory and regulatory authority

- Conversant with the papers and documents be filled with the ministry of the corporate affairs and preparation of petitions and plaints / written submissions/applications to be met in the court from time to time.

Job specification :

- Qualified CS and LLB only

- Candidates with excellent communication skills

- Should have worked in active listed company (NSE/BSE) at a responsible level

- The size of the company should be min 1000 cr and above

- Exposure to large transactions and responsible for multiple group companies
