CTC : 8 - 16 Lakh INR

Job Description :

- Responsible for underwriting corporate, Startups & retail users based upon various online & offline data sources.

- Strong acumen & an entrepreneurial mindset to successfully drive fraud, credit, risk initiatives including risk appetite, portfolio diversification, collateralization, risk-based pricing

- Working closely with the senior management team and lending partners in managing Risk, defaults and collections

- Analyze portfolio performance at a granular segment level on an ongoing basis. Identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis to isolate key performance drivers.

- Representing the company to the outside world, including lending partners, board of directors and other strategic alliances

Desired candidate :

- A prior experience in RBF startups, NBFCs, Leasing companies, Lending startups etc. in their Fraud/Credit/Risk teams

- 3+ years of relevant experience within credit, risk, collections management, ideally at a high-growth startup and/or financial services company.

- Strong analytical, Presentation & problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Collaborate with people across functions and develop a strong relationship

- Strong ownership and motivation to drive business results

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

- Ability to frame business problems independently and design comprehensive analyses to provide insights and make recommendations
