The selected candidate shall play a key role in PUMA's robotic process automation, The candidate will be developing, planning, designing and implementing multiple automation projects in collaboration with business team. The candidate will bring expertise in automation solution and process architecture, with expert level competence in Automation Anywhere platform. Responsibilities - Identify processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits, savings and design best fit automation solution - Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery - Create a business view of the RPA solution design, including business process flow and automation prototype - Responsible for developing End to End modules required for the application - Analyse and observe processes to understand the process steps and applications used to complete business transactions by a user - Detail the completion of a transaction as required by the process outputs of the process - Detail Robot Automation logic from the start of the process to completion of the business flow - Collaborate with the business to define end-to-end process operation - Work closely with Business teams on immediate deliverables and solution design Required Expertise - Expert, hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere robotic process automation - RPA architecture and delivery experience with Automation Anywhere - Expertise in algorithm design and implementation - Good knowledge of Excel Macro, C#/VB Script - Hands-on programming knowledge in C#/Visual Basic - Knowledge in SQL (any of MS SQL/MySQL/PL SQL) - Experience in multiple applications of automation such as web automation, Citrix, SAP, database, excel automation and email automation - Proven innovation, ability to integrate disparate technologies - Minimum 5 years technical experience in IT industry and 3 years mandatory technical experience in Robotic process automation (RPA) using RPA tools and in-depth technical knowledge of leading RPA tools - At least 20+ RPA projects solutioning experience (end to end implementation) - Ability to engage with stakeholders to listen, understand the business goals and address their needs - Ability to explore multiple solution patterns to achieve an automation goal, clearly documenting the pros and cons of each, and driving agreement with business leads and process owners on a selected solution
