Responsibilities :&nbsp; SALES OPERATIONS :&nbsp; 1. Support Budgeting for sell-in wholesale by working in close coordination with Sales and Commercial Finance 2. Tracking of billing against purchase of sell-in wholesale and highlighting pockets of inefficient stock for alternate billing plan; Tracking pre-order execution basis customer wise orders placed and billed during In-season 3. Minimize old season left over merchandise by giving periodic visibility to sales; Maintaining tracker to avoid any overlaps/order loss in case if multiple simultaneous offerings 4. Drive sales of old season merchandise by timely offering inventory to Ecom, Outlet and Liquidator 5. Manage Order income and order book for the company 6. Lead the Sales Operations team for efficient order management of all channels 7. Stock review with respect to availability and free to sell 8. Tracking, reporting of Sales 9. Maintain customer master data 10. Internal revenue audit 11. Key user for global tools like SAP, ISR, Inventory portal, etc. 12. Implementation of EDI integration and regional power BI 13. Periodic Stock Block review with Sales to ensure inventory optimization and maximum usability 14. Driving FnF portal to reduce GP loss due to hard liquidation 15. Minimizing defectives and license expiry stock by doing timely liquidation 16. Maintaining channel-wise stock transfers tracker to ensure channel-wise OTB sanctity is maintained 17. Giving FTS and D inventory visibility to all the channels throughout the year to ensure timely consumption of inventory with certain guardrails/ hygiene check 18. Ensuring timely and proper stock blocking for specific customer pre-orders to avoid order loss PURCHASE :&nbsp; 1. Manage operations of purchase department 2. Ensure accurate and timely placement of all purchase orders and cancellations 3. Act as the node for all sales and purchase related queries of various channels for their stock requirements 4. Tracking of deliveries to measure OTIF 5. Maintain vendor &amp; article master data 6. Internal purchase audit PLANNING :&nbsp; 1. Giving Sell-in WS OTB numbers to Central Planning team 2. DOTB availability planning for the company in liaison with central planning team for Outlet, Ecom and WS Ecom 3. Planning and tracking return from Sell-in wholesale customers season-wise 4. Implementing JDA Enterprise Planning Solution along with the central planning team 5. Maintaining the rolling FC around sales, inventory and GP along with the central planning team; Doing monthly SNOP meeting with the stakeholders involved to drive the same 6. Assisting Supply-chain/Warehouse team with monthly outward plan for Sell-in WS customers in coordination with Sales 7. Monitoring channel-wise inventory turns against the target plan and curating inter-channel transfers/ flush outs accordingly; Sharing Inventory Outlook with the leadership on a periodic basis FINANCE :&nbsp; 1. Reporting monthly Inventory and OoH as part of Flash and MFR reporting along with commentary 2. Owning Year-end projections around Inventory and OoH as part of the budgeting exercise (under BU, FC1, FC2 and FC3/LE); Updating and tracking the same on a rolling basis with change in sales plan/GP/buy plan/other business scenarios 3. Tracking Net2 sales periodically basis provisions and off-invoice sales support in close coordination with Commercial Finance team 4. Tracking Liquidation sales and GP separately 5. Periodic hedge planning against buy plan for the upcoming season(s) with the Treasury team 6. Giving periodic billing data to Finance team for WS Ecom for various reco activities 7. Preparing adhoc reports for Global on need basis; Supporting Finance team around PDM cube data analysis 8. MIS reporting for Sell-in WS customers (variance analysis, Contribution to Margin analysis) in liaison with Commercial Finance team Reporting structure :&nbsp;Sales Operations and purchase teams report into the incumbent
