Senior Associate - Warehouse (E-Commerce) The person will be required to setup &amp; monitor Mumbai, Kolkata B2C Ecom warehouse operations Key responsibilities: - Setting up of the warehouse operations through Increff system - Monitor all operations at the warehouses - Inward, Outward, Returns, Repacking, Inventory - Ensure adherence to KPIs of all Selling Platforms - % Breach, Order to Pack, Seller Cancellation, Pickup reattempts, Returns Processing TAT, SPF TATs etc. - Smart handling of operational &amp; Tech issues with Selling platforms &amp; thus avoid any business losses/interruptions - Ability to handle multiple kinds of people - Floor Ops, Warehouse managers, Marketplace Account managers etc
