Senior Associate - Strategic Initiatives

About the role :

This is a role of an internal consultant within the organization. It would involve driving execution of key initiatives. Candidate needs to be comfortable working in unstructured environment, working on new projects. The candidate would be expected to pick new technologies quickly and become a champion for driving data driven decision making in the organization. The candidate would get exposure to work with the leadership team and work on innovative/ turn key projects.

5. Ability to work with cross functional teams

Experience and education :

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Top tier consulting firm or in project management role in leading e-commerce, retail firms

2. Graduate from top tier engineering college (IITs, BITS, NITs)
