Senior Associate - Retail HR  Position Title : Manager - HR (Retail)  Basic Function :   - The role maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. PUMA has about 50 owned and operated stores with close to 400 people. As Manager-HR (Retail), the person will act as the single point of contact for all HR related activities for these Retail employees PAN India.   Organizational Relationships :  - The role reports to the Head - HR  - The role works closely with Regional Retail Manager   - The role would have no reportees  Key Responsibilities :   The role will be responsible for managing PUMA Retail employees at the stores for the North region  - BA/Sales Associate/Supervisor/Stock Boys hiring  - Onboarding of new hires in Retail   - Retail Payroll Management  - Store employee engagement  - Retail Rewards and Recognition  - Retail HR Communication   - Retail HR Ops  - Medical insurance and other Employee welfare issues  - Handling Retail Exits, FNF and PF related issues  Requirements :   - Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as HR Generalist, Operations   - Recruitment experience in Retail is a must  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Ability to work with cross functional teams  Salary Offered: 6 - 8 LPA
