Puma - Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Legal - Intellectual Property

Position Title : Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Legal

Primary Responsibilities :

- Responsible for conducting marketing surveys, gathering intelligence, issues C & D notice (in consultation) an keeping a track on the enforcement of IP strategies

- Providing Regular updates and reports on the aforesaid.

- Liaising with the Government agencies, Law Enforcement officials with respect to Brand Protection. Following up the IP matter in the Court

- Answering regular queries with respect to IP/Brand Protection and its enforcement.

- Train the concerned business team on IP, copyright.

- He or She would be primary contact and in consultation with the Head Legal would be responsible for all marketing agreements such as In Film Movie Agreement, Endorsement agreement, Sponsorship agreements, Player agreement, drafting terms and conditions for various marketing campaigns, etc.

- Part of the Lease Deed or property accusation agreements and all process related to it.

- Candidate with relevant experience in retail industry is preferred.
