Key Responsibilities : - Day to day management of return shipments through 3PL facility - Developing and using returns data to identify opportunities for improvement - Working with internal stakeholders, customers, finance and business team for projections. - Anticipating problems and recommending solutions - Conducting reconsolidations with internal and external stakeholders - Creating new SOPs related to return process - Handling warehouse return capacities vs business requirement - Coordination with transporters for shipments pick ups - Handling transporter's debits for intransit pilferages - Controlling and monitoring of packing material procurement and consumption - Working with customers and finance team for timely closure of credit notes - Suggesting new ways to improve productivity targets.
