Manager- Strategic Initiatives

Position Summary & Key Objectives :

- This role is responsible for identifying high priority short term and futuristic product opportunities that are strategic from a brand perspective, and working with cross functional stakeholders to drive sales in those

- Tracking the external retail and consumer environment to ensure we capture all long-term opportunities

- Deep-diving on all internal product and brand opportunities

- Cutting across hierarchies and working with cross functional teams including merchandising, marketing, channel, category and finance teams to drive end-end strategy implementation for sales uplift

- All the while being the custodian of PUMA's unique brand ethos

Qualification & Functional Competencies :

Education :

- MBA from Tier 1 college

Experience :

- 2-5 years (experience in top consulting firm along with an experience in a business role will be a plus)

Capabilities :

- Strong number and analytical skills

- Good understanding of retail industry and merchandising

- Creative thinker and an influential collaborator

- Program management abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
