BASIC FUNCTION: This role is responsible to devise and drive sales strategies for key initiatives in Multi-Brand Channel for areas like School, Bodywear, Backpacks, Socks, Flip-flops, etc.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build School and Body wear business in Multi Brand Channel
a) Do complete market mapping
b) Appoint Channel Partners and drive budgeted Sales plan - Primary and Secondary Sales
c) Targeting direct customer groups such as Schools and rolling out relevant offers
d) Devising relevant marketing strategies to grow business
e) Executing consumer promotions in sync with the Brand marketing campaigns
f) Executing local promotions for city/state festivals, events etc.
- Drive further penetration of Backpacks, Socks and Flip-flops business
- Coordinating with Sales Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, IT and Finance teams for seamless integration of above initiatives in current operations
- Work with the Wholesale Planner to devise and implement mid-season promotions and End of Season Sale offers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes with 3-4 years of relevant experience
