Position Summary:

- To manage marketing and brand initiatives for Puma India's strategic channels- Retail (both stores & Mobile Retail), LFR, SIS & strategic alliances, in additional to driving cross-functional marketing projects of strategic importance:

- Identifying opportunities for brand enhancement across channels

- Integrating mainstream brand campaigns and initiatives across channels

- Driving cross-channel strategic projects such as women's, kids and sustainability

Objectives:

1. Identify opportunities & implement initiatives for brand enhancement across channels

2. Creation and implementation of marketing initiatives to solve for specific business objectives of above channels

3. Work with BU & Campaign Marketing team to integrate brand campaigns and initiatives across above channels

4. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic marketing projects that lie outside of channel and BU

5. Own the budget for India Marketing team

6. Help Head of Marketing build a strong data & ROI tracking ecosystem for marketing initiatives

KPIs:

1. Brand Aspiration in key channels

2. Brand NPS (Net Promoter Score)

3. Growth of strategic segments/categories
