Position Title: Manager- Facilities (Warehouse)

Reports to : Head of warehouse operations

Location: Bangalore

Payroll: Third Party Payroll

Position Summary & Key Objectives- Responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. The Operations/Facility Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, reporting on and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. Oversee the company's facility operations, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and Puma regulations


- Develop and maintain facilities services databases

- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, inspection, reporting and monitoring of all HVAC, utilities and other facility systems to ensure efficient operation.

- Manage vendor contact relationships

- Update facility floor plans

- Ensure adherence to Puma and Govt of India rules and regulations in running the warehouse

- Maintain and repair facilities/manage preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment

- Administrative Assistant support

- Streamline procurement of office supplies

- Monitor Security and CCTv teams

- Manage facility related projects

- Manage RFP and RFQ for warehouse related CAPEX, Equipment and Supplies

KPIs and qualitative measures

- Efficient running of the warehouse

- Initiatives on cost optimization and problem minimization

- Ensures all documentation, SOP, agreements and processes are documented and maintained

- Defines the project scope based on required timescales, resource and budget availability and with consideration to project challenges and risks

- Manages project plans including estimates of critical path, budget and resources needed for target achievement

- Demonstrating financial control

Organizational Relationships

Internal: Sales, Category, Operations, Finance, Planning and Sourcing

External: Key Customers, 3PL, Logistics Partners

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

- 3-5 years of relevant Commercial/ Facility Management experience

- 1-2 years leadership experience (staff and/or vendor)

- Relevant University Degree in Engineering Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
