Main Purpose

The People Analytics person will work with Regional HR heads and the Global CHRO to jointly develop and grow the People analytics function within HR for the global audience. The objective of the team is to provide data backed evidence for managers, business and HR team to make better people and business judgement. This will involve reporting, dash-boarding, insights generation, prescriptive and predictive analytics and much more. This position will also support other Centres of Excellence in delivering their services to the organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Education:

- Analytical background and recent experience in business intelligence and data storytelling (visual communication, dashboard design, and written internal communications).

- Experience working with senior team members

- 4 to 6 years of work experience in People Analytics / OE role in a large corporate OR as a consultant in an advisory firm

- Data crunching and analytics experience that involves intelligent analysis of data, generation of insights and conceptualization of solutions to business problems

- Experience in synthesizing datasets and using data visualization tools to build a compelling story

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and automate data and analytics solutions by iteratively prototyping and building tools to generate insights

- Build strong relationships and collaborate with teammates, business leaders, HR partners, and data engineers to solve complex business problems and deliver solutions

- Structure and help visualize available people-related data / metrics in an action oriented fashion

- Critically analyze available people-related data to identify trends and generate actionable insights

- Manage ad hoc analysis requests, preparation, and presentation of insights leveraging the PIA research team to help answer business stakeholder questions and support their objectives.

- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data

- Empower leaders with actionable insights to guide business decisions and elevate organizational performance

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Ability to manage confidential data professionally

- Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Experience querying data, data interpretation and report generation

- Proactive and inquisitive

- Understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact

- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing

- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and confidently able to speak to colleagues/managers overseas
