Main Purpose :

Financial controlling, Capex and Business development

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Qualified accountant with 4-7 yrs of strong accounting and controlling experience linking business and finance

- Business orientated with experience in a similar industry

- ERP system proficient

- Understanding of financial stock management (Average, FIFO, LIFO etc)

- Understanding of IFRS standards

- Understanding of capex management

- Understanding of M&A, financial modelling

- Understand FX movements

- Demonstrable numeracy Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information

- Microsoft Office proficient

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting :

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of related results (P&L and Balance sheet)

- Preparing monthly reporting packs for the country performance reviews

- Focus on providing quality information to the Business with proper explanation for all the elements of the P&L

- Drive ad-hoc analysis as required by the business

- Propose new actions to the business in order to be more efficient

- Assist in the preparation of monthly business

- Preparation of global monthly customer profitability

Budget and Plan:

- Consolidated the individual annual P&L budget and strategic plan according to group timelines

- Deliver quality budgets on time with alignment of numbers with the affiliates and regions stating clear assumptions and cross checking of anchor points

- Preparation of the annual capex budget

Capex/Investment review:

- Ensure adherence of procurement procedures relating to capex

- Ensure capex budget is adequately utilized by running bi-weekly capex calls

- Ensure accurate capex reporting (Actual and forecast)

- Review of projects prior its approval as per DOA

- Perform business case analysis (P&L, DCF, IRR, etc)

Ad-hoc:

- Provide reports/recommendation to management on any control issues.

- Ensure that the company's control framework is effective and fit for purpose and that it is aligned to the Group's Control framework

- Payment approvals

Key Relationships:

- Head of business line, Finance, Commercial, Affiliates, Supply, Operations and Compliance.
