Your Mission - Planning -&nbsp; - Planning & Budgeting for MBO Channel - SIS doors &amp; Distribution - To understand market well to estimate sales accurately. Play an integral part in Store approval process - Ensure Puma profitability &amp; a sustainable business - Closely work with Merchandising to roll out timely store promotions/discounts - Increase sales for like to like stores as per agreed KPIs Operations -&nbsp; - Close coordination with regional sales teams to roll out new processes and establish control mechanism - Ensure POS software usage by franchisees and capillary use at all stores - Streamline timely sales data availability for SIS doors &amp; distribution - To provide support to regional sales teams for smooth functioning of SIS doors - Maintain Degree of standardization across all stores by ensuring SOP adherence at each shop - Ensure customer data capture- regularity, adequacy and accuracy in Capillary - Build market intelligence/insights by gathering information on competition, sales bench marking Your Talent -&nbsp; - MBA with 2-5 years of experience - Versatile - Able to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve set objectives Complete team player - Results orientated and self-starter with can do attitude. - Strong analytical skills for planning and budgeting - Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal KPI: - Sales - GP - SIS Discount%
