Puma - Assistant Manager - Sales - B2B - This person is responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by building strong relationship with online partners for the B2B2C business. - The ideal candidate effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans. - Drive Growth in B2B E-Commerce Space. - Optimize strategies along with other departments to enhance growth on the respective platforms - Monitoring Brand Representation on the platforms and creating platform differentiation - Ensuring sell thrus on the platforms and conducting weekly analysis of sales data OBJECTIVES : 1. Align and finalize the annual business plan with the account partner for sell-in and sell-out targets. 2. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth 3. Proactive merchandising skills with a deep understanding of brand and products in all categories to maximize sell-thrus on platforms 4. Ensuring correct representation of brand products on the platforms in terms of content, attributes, images etc. 5. Handle day to day operations and sales related activities namely attribute upload and PO issuance from partners 6. Create product attributes masters and manage product descriptions for online platforms 7. Ensuring timely deliveries of ordered inventory to partner warehouses, including applying for and confirming delivery appointments. 8. Create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identify new spaces and marketing opportunities to generate sales. 9. Maintain updated knowledge of key competitor products, distribution and pricing strategies as well as stay up to date on the latest E-Commerce technologies and trends. 10. Ensuring timely deliveries of ordered inventory to partner warehouses, including applying for and confirming delivery appointments. 11. DSO management and ensuring on-time payments WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 1. Prior knowledge and experience in E-commerce sales. 2. Experience in merchandising and/or sales in the e-commerce or retail industry 3. Strong analytical skills to allow for data -based selling 4. Strong communication skills 5. Demonstrated record of good negotiating skills 6. Organization and prioritization, effective time management with attention to detail and accuracy 7. Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
