Puma - Assistant Manager - Returns & SPF Operations

Position Summary & Key Objectives:

The role requires to:

- Manage, monitor and oversee eCommerce returns and Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims process across all D2C eCommerce warehouses in India

- Develop and Maintain relationship with external selling platforms and technology service providers to reduce returns and processing time

- Streamline return technology integrations; create and improve warehouse processes related to returns operations including in-warding, processing and reinstating

- The role works with the Head of D2C eCommerce operations and works very closely with selling platforms (e.g., Puma.com, Myntra, Flipkart), technology services providers, logistics aggregators, business teams, warehouse operations, finance and merchandising team

- Reduce D2C eCommerce returns with close coordination with Merchandising, Operations and Selling platforms

- Create and streamline SPF claims processes, improve data visibility using tools like Power BI

- Help resolve new/recurring D2C eCommerce tech issues by conducting root cause analysis of the problems with different tech teams of selling platforms, technology service provider and take up technology improvements with the respective players

- Coordinate with Order Management System (OSA) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) providers to create features required to make operations efficient

Qualifications and Functional Competencies:

- MBA from a Tier I/II Business School. Preferably graduate in engineering/science

- Experience in eCcommerce industry - Returns/Business/Tech/Operations

- Acumen for advanced analytics - some coding (SQL) background/advance excel skills is preferable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
