RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide real time updates on sales against Business Units and KPIs
- Ensure smooth flow of retail operations for partner stores ad SIS.
- Conduct weekly review with Area Retail Managers for secondary sales.
- Provide prompt important insights for focus stores to business head and team.
- Acquire on time PO from partners and manage GTM activity.
- Perform regular checks on resec articles and ensure on time billing of the same.
- Identifying and implementing annual Incentives plans for store staff.
- Update all details for Partner Stores and Shop-In-Shops regularly on international platform.
- Implement deal pack for new store opening.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Results orientated and self-starter with - can do- attitude.
- Strong analytical skills to allow for data -based selling
- Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills
- Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
MBA Marketing / Finance, CA with 1-4 years of experience
