Key Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for generating demand online through organic and paid marketing campaigns across: i. Online marketplaces - Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Paytm, Tata Cliq etc ii. Google platforms - SEO and SEM, Youtube, Google Display Network iii. Affiliate marketing - Work with the ECOM platform partners to understand their consumers and drive visibility amongst their loyal database - Work with internal business stakeholders to understand priorities and drive digital campaigns in alignment. - Driving integrated marketing campaigns with an aim of acquiring and retaining customers. - Campaign Management - Execution, Analysis & Reporting. - Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs. - Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets. - Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies and experiment with new channels to drive efficient acquisition. QUALIFICATION: Experience - 2+ year of experience in Digital Marketing - Prior experience of executing marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra is a big plus. Skills - Understanding of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) as media platforms will be a big plus - Strong analytical & data interpretation skills. - In depth understanding of Google as media platform. - Understanding of web analytics tools (at least one of Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture) - Awareness of attribution models and ability to create a structured approach for RoAS computation
