PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Retail Store Rent Accounting, Monitoring & Control

- Landlord interaction, Rent reconciliation & Settlement

- Retail Opex Accounting, Monitoring & Control

- Capex Commercial, Accounting & Control

- Inter-Company Reconciliation

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills are required.

- Ability to work well with other departments within the company required.

- Basic computer skills, including Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Chartered Accountant; Professional with 1-3 years of experience
