Assistant Content Manager (puma.com) Exp : 5 - 7 Years&nbsp; Summary: The Assistant Content Manager for puma.com will manage visual content on the website and drive the improvement of the user experience through innovative storytelling. The right candidate for this role will blend an eye for visual details with a strong appreciation for structure and analytics. They will need to envision compelling and clear ways to tell Puma stories and be able to implement these with the toolset provided. Objectives: - Work cross-functionally with merchandising and marketing to plan global and regional product launches on puma.com - Collaborate with the puma.com content team to develop and implement the content strategy - Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other experience tools to set up and optimise content, sorting rules, recommendation rules, internal search, categorisation and more - Manage and maintain category pages to ensure key products and stories are presented clearly to the consumer in order to drive conversion, sell-through, and full-price sales - Analyse and understand consumer behaviours and trends to optimise the puma.com experience - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand, implement and test relevant best practices Qualification: - A strong eye for detail, with a creative mindset - A methodical approach to planning and execution of tasks - An appreciation for data-driven decision making, and an ability to source and analyse data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate across teams and strong interpersonal skills - 3+ years experience in eCommerce content management or marketing - Able to manage own workload and independently hit deadlines - An affinity to sports and fashion - Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
