Assistant Business Manager (puma.com) Exp: 5 - 7 Years&nbsp; Summary: The Assistant Business Manager for puma.com will support the Senior Manager puma.com with projects and analyses to drive the puma.com business and implement identified growth and profitability levers. The right candidate for this role will be able to spot opportunities to improve the business, and coordinate with multiple functions to implement them in an efficient and effective manner. A strong understanding of a P&amp;L, and a curiosity to dive into a broad range of topics will be crucial. Objectives: - Drive puma.com projects and initiatives which involve multiple stakeholders from a range of functions - Spend time on analysis of business metrics to identify growth and profitability opportunities - Develop business cases, vendor comparisons, and feasibility studies to support the team in setting future objectives and projects - Manage and maintain site promotions and campaigns, and analyse the effectiveness of these against expectations. Provide suggestions for course corrections where needed - Create clear and concise presentations to deliver business status and plans to senior management - Identify gaps in business processes and implement solutions to address them Qualifications: - Strong understanding of a P&amp;L and the associated levers - Strong analytical skills - An interest in a broad range of functions from marketing to operations, and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from each of these - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate across teams and strong interpersonal skills - Experience managing cross-functional projects - 3+ years experience in eCommerce, retail consulting or similar - Able to manage own workload and independently hit deadlines - An affinity to sports and fashion
