Area Sales Manager - Upper North Region Managing and growing the MBO and SIS business of PUMA in the region: 1. Responsible for driving growth of sales in the given region 2. Coordinate with multiple teams internally for strategy formulation 3. Maintaining external relationships and networks for smooth operations Objectives : 1. Developing and consolidating the distributors and dealer network for growing the multi-brand outlet business for PUMA in the region. 2. Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market and providing regular feedback to the product team to ensure constant improvement in the product offering. 3. Ensuring timely payments from distributors and maintaining the financial health of the business for the region. 4. Leading a team of Sales associates and formulating regional sales plans in line with business objectives and growth targets. 5. Steering margin negotiations with distributors and retail partners to ensure profitability. 6. Responsible for evaluation and optimization of upscaling space allocation in existing locations as well as grabbing opportunities in new locations on premium doors. KPIs and qualitative measures - Net Sales - Gross Profit - DSO (Days of Sales outstanding &lt;120 days) - Brand Desirability, Store Hygiene, Store Operations - Upscaling Existing Space allocation - New locations on premium Doors. Qualification and Functional Competencies: 1. Excellent communication skills. 2. 5+ years of experience in sales and/or management. 3. Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field. 4. Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time. 5. Strong analytical skills. 6. Proven track record of meeting sales target
