POSITION TITLE: Area Retail Manager - Punjab, Hyderabad

BASIC FUNCTION:

This is a full time position and is primarily responsible for sales and profit growth of Puma Partner Retail Channel

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

The incumbent will report to Regional Retail Manager - Partner Stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To recruit franchisees with investment potential for Puma exclusive stores

- To ensure existing stores exhibit monthly/quarterly/Annual sales growth: both in primary billing and in secondary sales from the stores

- To ensure franchisees adhere to POS software use, SOP guidelines and Visual Merchandising guidelines

- To improve retail experience at each Puma Partner franchised store

- To aid and implement regionally the retail Marketing/Brand building initiatives.

- To provide customer feedback, product feedback, service ideas

- Buying and servicing of sales orders from the franchisees and ensuring maximum fulfillment

- Increase sales for like to like stores as per agreed targets. Follow on store KPIs

- To understand market well to estimate sales accurately

- Ensure profitability for franchisee & sustainable business for Puma

- To help store follow SOP for retailing

- Maintain Degree of standardization across all stores by ensuring SOP adherence at each shop

- Ensure POS software usage by franchisees and capillary use at all stores

- Ensure customer data capture- regularity, adequacy and accuracy in Capillary

- Build market intelligence/insights by gathering information on competition, sales benchmarks and identifying right locations for outdoor media or BTL marketing activities

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Results orientated and self-starter with can do attitude.

- Strong analytical skills to allow for data -based selling

- Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills

- Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

MBA Marketing / Sales with 1-4 Years; Retail Experience preferred
