AM/Manager - Business Enhancement Services - Insurance

Background :

- Experience in Process Consulting/ Risk Advisory/ Internal Audit in the Insurance domain in a Big 4 consulting firm

OR

- Experience in Internal Audit/ Compliance function in an Insurance company in India or Middle-east.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead process consulting engagements in Insurance domain.

- Support in identification and growth of new business opportunities at existing and new clients in the Insurance Industry.

- Track all new regulatory requirements in the Insurance Industry and develop client solutions to enable the Go to Market Strategy.

- Track & follow up on proposals and independently undertake Client Pitch and Proposal meetings.

- Manage performance of engagement work, scope, timelines, and budgets as per defined engagement metrics.

- Manage and supervise team across different client engagements.

- Plan, organize, and review process consulting projects, including overall quality of deliverables and processes.

- Assist in hiring, training and performance management of new recruits in the team.

Desired Attributes :

- Should have good knowledge of Insurance Products & Processes and applicable insurance sector regulations.

- Possesses sound knowledge of various auditing and accounting standards, and a strong understanding of internal control systems.

- Possesses good team leading skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.

- Open to travel frequently and for longer duration (3-4 weeks), as the case may be, for client meetings and project execution

- Experience of working in an ERP environment and able to extract data from SAP/ ERP application relating to various functions and analyse the same.

- Clear, logical and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Years of Experience : Up to 4-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Insurance sector/ domain.

Qualifications : CA/ MBA from a premier institute. A Certification in Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
