PubNinja - Senior Customer Success Manager - EdTech (10-15 yrs)
The Senior Customer Success Manager will be tasked with leading all customer success efforts, including building trusted relationships and developing strategic plans and revenue responsibility for creators and Enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Influence the way we support PubNinja Creators and improve it to make sure Creator's - experience is the best possible.
- Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about users- needs.
- Become a Product Specialist, optimazing clients accounts and them up for success.
- You will be Leading our scaled and high-touch programs to grow the earnings of creators on PubNinja.
- You will be Developing strategic plans and tailored for each client's specific business objectives, pain points, target audience and more.
Who you are:
- Have 10+ years of experience managing customer accounts in a B2B or B2C environment (ideally in Edtech area)
- You have an indisputable and verifiable track record you are proud of and can point to.
- You are proactive, data-driven, and solutions-oriented: Once a problem is identified, you are passionate about finding the solution.
- You are a self-starter with a knack for always finding something to accomplish.
-Understanding of the B2B SaaS education industry in India.
- Experience with Hubspot and other CRM strongly preferred.
