Job Summary: As the Lead for Thought Leadership publication, you will establish and drive the periodic publication of PS flagship thought leadership. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, where you will work closely with various industry and capability leaders to identify and prioritize the thinking to be developed and help build a capability to drive the execution. The key elements of your role will involve the following: - Leading the relationship with industry and capability groups, helping shape the thought leadership priorities - Independently managing multiple stakeholders and getting them aligned on path forward - Having a perspective on client's digital priorities and challenges - Partnering with subject matter experts to convert perspectives into thought papers - Working with marketing to activating the thought leadership content through various channels - Manage the operations end to end from deciding the themes to getting the publication out Do you have the following? - 10-20 years of experience in developing thought leadership content and/ or managing content based marketing - Preferably working for a Tier 1 management or technology consulting firm with experience in the digital transformation - Good understanding of digital priorities and challenges of large corporates, specific to a sector or cross-sectors - Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skills - Passion to bring about cultural change and an entrepreneurial zeal to scale big About Publicis Sapient : As a digital business transformation partner of choice, we've spent nearly three decades utilizing the disruptive power of technology and ingenuity to help digitally enable our clients' business in their pursuit of next.
