Background:
A proven track record in the development of strategic plans to benefit the client (work experience with international clients, MNCs from the agency side)
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- The insight to identify problems and take measures to rectify them
- Digital first experience, preferably a digital native.
- Understands analytics, data and comfortable with reporting and analysis across multiple digital channels.
- Preferred industry knowledge FMCG, Auto, Travel, BFSI (Agency background)
- Strong experience in overall consumer planning, channel planning and integrated digital campaigns.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field

- Writing clear briefs that inspire team members to create exceptional creative work.
- Analyzing clients needs to uncover opportunities to stimulate growth through channel and content planning.
- Steering team members to do excellent work in formulating and following through set strategies.
- Be a constant guide from strategy to execution and optimization, providing ongoing support to account management, creative and tech teams to reach their goals.
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
