Talent Acquisition Leader

We're searching for a strong technical Talent Acquisition Leader who can manage the full recruiting cycle including candidate identification, evaluation and offer negotiation and closing. You'll use your candidate sourcing skills to recruit for a wide range of positions spanning all levels and job disciplines. You'll also work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy and overall hiring goals. This candidate should also be able to manage the local recruiting function and team.

Tasks and responsibilities include :

- Partner with Recruiting Operations to implement and maintain cohesive processes, tools, systems, and training necessary to support the recruiting function

- Participate in the planning and prioritization of hiring needs and understand how these linking to the greater needs and direction of business

- Manage overall recruiting process, partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals

- Source and screen qualified candidates, leverage Internet Job Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines, Web resume mining techniques, and direct cold calling

- Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback, negotiate and close all offers

- Gather and consolidate candidate feedback from interview team members and provide to hiring manager or team to make hiring decision

- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of position

- Check references, conduct background checks, make offer and negotiate as necessary

- Attend industry events and keep pulse on market trends

- Investigate new/innovative ways to attract talent

- Manage team workload to ensure consistent distribution of requisitions and rebalancing as necessary

- Build trust based relationships with staffing, HR, capability leaders and appropriate Publicis employees

- Manage and mentor junior staff

To qualify, you'll need :

- Min Bachelors degree

- 10-12 year's experience (2+ years experience leading and managing a recruiting staff)

- Predominant experience in the IT sector

- Strong leadership skills with developing ability to build trust based and confidential relationships with all levels of staff and Senior Management

- Results oriented, committed to action

- Communication skills that are clear, concise with excellent follow through

- Ability to manage a high volume of change

- Sense of urgency, can do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

- Well organized and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks

- Background in a fast paced, always changing, professional services industry a must

- Proven experience in managing and implementing measurable sourcing strategies

- Technically savvy in managing applicant tracking systems

- Candidate must be open to travel as needed

- Location : Mumbai
