Previous experience in sales enablement is necessary (not in IT, technology, or developing solutions)

- Highly developed English language, interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, verbal and written) and should be able to comfortably work with C-suite clients - no compromise on this

- 5 years Relevant Experience 6-8 years of overall experience

- Prefer candidates with prior experience in global Police/ Justice/ Defense-Sales enablement project or Marketing/ Border/Prisons/Intelligence engagements - having functional knowledge (not technical knowledge). Can consider other candidates also depending on overall fitment/- have a fairly ok understanding for this industry

- Highly developed PowerPoint Experience is Must (ability to create and design smart, modern decks)

- Well-developed excel skills is a Must

- Research skills - some level is important

- Creating internal and external content (not basic, but highly developed)

- Account Planning - Data analysis and prepare presentations based on data

- Flexible work timing - Interact with global stakeholders: Work and accommodate work timings to fit the requirements of all OUs (APAC, EALA, NA)

- Highly developed English language, interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, verbal and written) and should be able to comfortably work with C-suite clients

- Individual Contributor Role

- Candidates who are proactive, happy about working and have a positive attitude

- Candidates who are able to multi task -work on different projects and also volunteer for other activities

- Ability to deliver presentations
