Looking for PR and Communcation Manager for Largest Ecommerce Company

Experience

- 6+ years of influencers and digital PR media experience (influencers agencies a plus as a background)

- Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

- Knowledge on how to manage influencers, PR communities

- Expertise with social listening tools and community management tools

- Brand knowledge (product, consumers, strategy etc.)

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Multitasking and analytics skills are a must

- Well organised & project management skills are the key

- Creatively and commercially driven

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of Digital Marketing & social media

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

Responsibility

1. Corporate Communications :

- Responsible for developing, managing, and executing the Lifestyle Communications strategy and calendar for the brand (Beauty & Lifestyle)

- Responsible for overall earned media budgets

- Develop communication materials as required, such as press releases, statements, interview quotes, scripts, and captions

- Manage PR and social agency relationships, including content production, campaign design, asset management, program execution, budgets, schedules, and overall expected results

- Work closely with external partners such as PR / Event Agencies pertaining to contract negotiations, renewals, budgets & fees, yearly planning, monthly execution, and reporting

- Evaluate communications activities and programs using a range of tools and industry metrics

- Recommend improvements or changes. Drive improved measurement of earned coverage

- Manage annual budgets, quarterly estimates and monthly spend relating to business requirements

- Ensure regular news monitoring and reporting on the industry (beauty, fashion ecommerce, luxury, FMCG), company brands & spokespersons, competition, and overall economic outlook

2. Influencer Relationships :

- Nurture relationships with new / existing influencers relationships and act as key point of contact

- Oversee and continuously evolve influencer initiatives to maximise effectiveness for new launches & core products for both earned & paid efforts to increase Brand image

- Based on understanding of the changing digital influencer landscape, create new and interesting communications (PR) opportunities in order to enhance brand image

- Leverage influencer relationships in digital/traditional media to drive existing campaigns

- Recommends new influencer profiles (on a campaign-to-campaign basis) to the brand teams based on the campaign's objectives, KPIs and overall goals

3. Social Media:

- Monitor, track and update brand teams of industry developments, trends & competitor activities

- Manage overall budgets required to execute a successful earned media program

- Recommend launch of owned media platforms to brands, based on long term business goals

4. Media Relations:

- Establish and maintain media relationships across beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and fashion media

- Periodically review and evolve media database as per brand requirements

- Leverage media relationships to secure editorial support on brand developments, product launches / Focuses, campaigns, product seeding and participation to brand events

- Assist media with information required to secure editorial coverage

- Conducts regular face to face and relationship building initiatives to maintain effective media relations

5. Cross- functional Partnership:

- Lead all internal communication on program success & influencer trends in the beauty/social space, report learnings and insights to the marketing team

- Maintain close contact with marketing, sales, and training on current and upcoming programs

- Report on executed campaigns: including learnings, opportunities for improvement and innovation

- Focus on sharing big ideas for commutations that wins the hearts and minds of consumers and set the brands apart from the competition with the Marketing team

6. Financial & Others:

- Responsible for developing and monitoring communications budget and reviews on timely basis to determine status

- Understands how to maximise cost efficiencies within the constraints of the budget

- Negotiates hard on external contracts to ensure cost efficiencies in line with procurement

- Ensures compliance with financial processes pertaining to timely submission of budgets, quarterly estimates, Purchase Orders

- Attend PR-related and industry events, trips as needed

- Abreast of technological advances in the areas of PR, communications, content design & delivery, etc.

- Keep a pulse on beauty & makeup trends
