- Excellent research and writing skills, including the ability to find new sources of information to support policy positions and synthesizing policy documents and complex issues for internal and external consumers.

Requirement :

- Expert in qualitative and quantitative research

- Relevant masters or PhD degree from a tier 1 college

- Passionate for research

- Excellent and superior English speaking and writing skills

- Experienced work with think tanks / consulting groups will be desirable

- Research and Analytical skills

- Ability to formulate reports

- Understanding, evaluating and analyzing data to create policy
