Psychometric Assessment Tool Designer / Consultant (6 Yr - 14 Yr) for Leading Global Educational Group based at DelhiNCR.

About The Role:

The role plays an important part in leading a new initiative BYC - Build your Career. The role will help to develop and assess students better through customized Psychometric Assessments and Behavioral Assessments. These assessments will evaluate students- compatibility and empower them to choose the right streams and careers for themselves.

Roles and responsibilities

- Develop a customized Psychometric Assessment Tool (offline and online) to suggest streams, career paths and educational products to be enrolled into, so as to achieve one's true potential.

- Applying a variety of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis, surveys, case studies and interviews.

- Designing Psychometric and Behavioral tests that collect empirical data and quantify personal traits of individuals, and comparing those results across a large population.

- Design the Student Assessment Framework across multiple parameters.

- Design the Student Assessment questionnaire format and logic to help measure potential.

- Develop the offline and online Assessment Tool through an algorithm that supports student diversity.

- Devise tests with multiple-choice questions, true or false statements and situational items.

- Conduct the reliability and validity tests to ensure tool integrity.

- Design the Student Report structure and template, including content development.

- Preparing and reporting findings and disseminate results to students and parents, both orally, and in writing, and train the counselors to do so too. Offering research-based briefings and advice, which may involve writing action plans.

- Administering tests, analysing the results and confer with clients on the implications of the data.

- Individual student reports to be generated and conducting workshops for the same.

- Training of counsellors for interpretation of results of individual students.

Background and Educational Requirements:

- Ph.D/MA - Psychology.

- Experience in designing Psychometric Assessment Tool is must.

- 5 - 10 Years of work experience in Psychometrics field.

- Excellent Statistical and Analytical Skills.

- Candidates from Education Industry preferred.

- Analytical thinker. Thorough researcher with high attention to detail.
