PSTakeCare team is a young group of passionate graduates and college students from IIT Bombay, ICT and BITS Pilani driven towards the aim of unscrambling the process of healthcare. PSTakeCare team started with an aim of simplifying healthcare for the society and is now en-route to providing its users with the most extensive discovery platform ever.
Responsibility :
- Managing small team of 4-5 people working on field
- Execute full process from taking an appointment to perform successful sales
- Continuous follow up with client's management(Hospital/Clinics/Healthcare centers) if required
- Creating customised sales pitch for different different business with help of team members
- Directly pitching the products to clients(B2B- Doctors/Owner of hospitals in our case) through a relationship-based approach
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Demonstrate product and services to existing/potential clients
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with clients
- Acting as a contact between a company and its clients through relationship building
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients

- 1-3 years of experience
- Quick grasping power
- Young and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills: Good command over English language, ability to speak fluently and write correct English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions
- Ready to relocate to other cities
What we have for you :
CTC: 6.0 -7.0 Lac per annum (Inclusive of Fixed + Variable)
