PSTakeCare team is a young group of passionate graduates and college students from IIT Bombay, ICT and BITS Pilani driven towards the aim of unscrambling the process of healthcare. PSTakeCare team started with an aim of simplifying healthcare for the society and is now en-route to providing its users with the most extensive discovery platform ever.
Responsibility :
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Write directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Ensure that policies comply with the State law.
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
- Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plan and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company goals.
- Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Respond to enquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating the HR Team
- Prepare budget of human resources operations.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
Skills we look for :
- Post graduate in HR
- Proven working experience of 4-5 years as an HR Manager
- People Oriented and Results Driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics
- Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases
- Detail Oriented
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
