Job Description -

- Taking requirements from the clients (Technology & Non-Technology) and should be able to understand roles, responsibilities, background of the requirement, career growth and compensation and any other key information about the requirements

- To discuss with BUH to understand the requirement clearly with terms of various desired criteria's (to know the key expectations) to ensure the quality outcomes.

- Sourcing the apt profiles through Job portals, social network, references and head hunting etc.

- Responsible for end-to-end (Candidate engagement & client engagement) for across all level requirements.

- Prior experience in recruiting for Contract, Contract to hire positions will be added advantage.

- Should have good experience in Screening & Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, technical Domain skills/knowledge, relevant experience as per Job Description. Also, should check with potential candidates location preferences, when we are sourcing outstation candidates.

- Work closely with the Business Head and respective client SPOC's for any additional information, pending feedback, interview schedules for shortlisted candidates or any escalations.

- Scheduling and coordinating with the short listed candidates for Telephonic, F2F, Telephonic, Video Conference and Skype as per mutual convenient time. (Candidate & Client Business team's availability)

- Work closely with Business Head and Client SPOC's in offer negotiation. Post offer follow up with the offered candidates and get their offer acceptance, resignation confirmation from their current company, and continuously be in touch with them till they on-boarded with our clients.
