- The person should be Expert in setting up the Performance Managment from scratch like writing JDs, writing KPIs & KRAs to align with organizational Goals.
- Should be able to drive PMS process end to end.
- Align with Region HR-Singapore to run the e-IDP process along with BUHR
- Aligning with Region HR-Singapore to align all training interventions on ground. (Training Identification & Analysis, Managing Training budget for India Location, Alignment to PSA University LMS system)
- Succession Planning & Career Pathing, CAP philosophy & 360 degree process.
- The Person should have a good command over written & verbal communication skills, should be able to work independently, should have very good exposure to Balance score card & helping people write KPIs/KRAs.
- Clear Understanding on competency Mapping & training alignment.
