The Group Talent Development team's role in Prudential is to ensure that the business is able to attract,motivate, reward and develop the people needed to achieve the business plans of the Group.  - The Talent and Analytics Systems Service Lead will be responsible for helping drive Prudential's people analytics (PPA) agenda over the long term, ensuring quality support, administration and maintenance of all PPA systems.  Job Scope :  The primary purpose of this role is to manage the support team for the new Talent Management and Data Warehouse system. The role is primarily responsible for ongoing delivery, management, and maintenance of the Talent Management and Data Warehouse system. The job holder is the subject matter expert on all aspects of application management, maintenance, and administration coupled with Service delivery.   - The job holder will be proficient in project management, SDLC, and ITIL methodologies to ensure governance and ongoing successful delivery of the systems.   - The job holder will also have a basic understanding of HR business processes.  Principal Accountabilities :  Overview :   - Responsible for the service delivery of Prudential People Analytics (PPA), including but not limited to:  - Manages the ongoing administration, maintenance and support of the company-wide Talent  - Management and Data Warehouse solution  - Manages the BAU support team  - Proactively manages all relevant risks, issues, vendors, stakeholders etc.  - Proactively develops and manages strong long-term relationships with all stakeholders  - Coordinates all releases, rollouts, enhancements, and change requests  - Manages BAU runway and schedule  - Provides support to Governance Group  - Acts as the first point of contact for Group Talent the for all matters relating to the system  - Supports the team in other ad hoc activities as required  Detailed accountabilities :  Vendor Management :  - Standard vendor and contractor management for relevant PPA vendors as needed  - Experienced managing employee direct reports, contractors and vendors in traditional and matrix hierarchies  - Ongoing management of vendors in BAU including escalations, additional work orders,etc.  - Escalation point for other BUs if/when issues arise with vendors  - Active participation in vendor user groups, product advisory councils, etc  - Service Delivery  - Manage the Service Desk & troubleshoot issues relating to the HRIS system  - Maintain high performing service support functions including and IT Service Desk, Desktop Support  - Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required  - Take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review  - Manage change requests (new features, configuration settings, modifications to existing features) & implementation of new/upgraded modules by adhering to the policy guidelines.& documenting any configuration changes  - Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance  - BU Engagement & Communications  - Works with Group Talent and BU leads as appropriate to provide support and enhance the systems  - Develops communications content as needed out to BU Leads (and internal communications) and senior management teams  - Supports Group Talent in BU, cross-BU and Groupwide change management approach,and delivery for the systems  Governance :  - Ensures BAU team adheres to governance and agreed support model  - Ensures all approval processes are adhered to and all necessary approvals are in place prior to any systemic changes  Security :  - Manages all user access rights and user security lifecycle  Core Competencies Required :  The ideal candidate will have previous experience of ongoing implementation, maintenance, and administration of HR technology.
